It’s time for another group cruise!
Although I had initially planned a Hawaiian islands group cruise, a couple of changing circumstances lead me to reconsider our destination. So, we’re going to New Zealand - the land of the long white cloud!
New Zealand is an awesome cruise destination, particularly our itinerary which will see us visit the famed Sounds, with their towering mountains and cascading waterfalls.
The cruise will take place onboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s smallest ship, its recently refurbished Norwegian Spirit. I spent 10 days onboard in May 2024, and she is stunning! She offers adult-oriented, destination focused cruising in a luxurious package. With multiple bars and dining venues, plus huge amounts of outdoor space both forward, midship and aft, she’s the perfect ship to explore a destination as epic as New Zealand.

Thursday January 22 Scenic Cruising (Doubtful, Dusky, Milford Sounds)
Friday January 23 Port Chalmers for Dunedin 9:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday January 24 Lyttelton for Christchurch 9:00am - 7:00pm
Sunday January 25 Wellington 8:00am - 4:00pm
Monday January 26 Napier 6:00am - 2:30pm
Tuesday January 27 Tauranga 7:15am - 6:15pm
Wednesday January 28 Disembark in Auckland
As a group cruise offering, we plan to provide a customisable package that can include the following:

🚍 Transfers
All travellers will receive:
💻 Access to a private Facebook and WhatsApp group to meet other travellers and make plans
🗓️ Access to a number of hosted events onboard (with me!)
🛳️ 11 night cruise onboard Norwegian Spirit including gratuities, and group perks such as the premium beverage package, dining and/or wifi package, and a shore excursion credit
